Summary: Seeking a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to manage inquiries, support sales, and update CRM, acting as the first point of contact for customers. Highlights: 1. Maintain clear records and coordinate with internal teams We are looking for a **Customer Service \& Sales Coordinator** to handle customer inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, sales follow\-ups, and CRM/Odoo updates. This role is responsible for being the first point of contact with customers, understanding their requirements, recording their details properly, following up with leads, and helping convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Main Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp messages professionally. * Handle customer inquiries and explain the company’s products and services clearly. * Collect customer details, including name, phone number, requirements, dimensions, reference images, budget, and project timeline. * Record and update all customer information in Odoo/CRM. * Create and manage leads, opportunities, quotations, and follow\-ups. * Follow up with potential customers until the inquiry is closed, confirmed, or rejected. * Support the sales process by explaining options, pricing, timelines, and next steps. * Coordinate with design, production, and management to get accurate information for customers. * Schedule appointments, site visits, measurements, or follow\-up calls when needed. * Maintain clear records of all customer conversations and sales progress. * Prepare daily or weekly reports on leads, pending follow\-ups, quotations, confirmed orders, and lost opportunities. * Make sure no customer inquiry is missed or left unanswered. * Communicate with customers in a professional, polite, and brand\-appropriate tone. Requirements * Experience in customer service, sales, or sales support. * Experience using Odoo or another CRM system is preferred. * Strong communication and follow\-up skills. * Ability to deal with customers professionally through calls and WhatsApp. * Good English is required; Arabic is strongly preferred. * Organized and detail\-oriented. * Able to manage multiple customer conversations at the same time. * Basic computer skills. * Ability to understand customer needs and guide them toward the next step. * Comfortable working with targets, follow\-ups, and customer conversion. Preferred Experience * Experience in furniture, interior design, contracting, fit\-out, or custom\-made products. * Experience handling WhatsApp Business or social media inquiries. * Experience preparing quotations or coordinating with sales/design teams. * Ability to understand dimensions, reference images, materials, and customer requirements. Pay: QAR1,500\.00 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
