Conduct emergency drills, daily safety and security risk inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems. Authorize, control, and document access to secured areas. Respond to accidents, contact Emergency Medical Services (EMS), or administer first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation as needed. Gather information and complete reports. Maintain confidentiality of all reports and documents; release information only to authorized individuals. Calm disturbances according to company policies and procedures. Resolve safety-related risk situations. Handle all disruptions and complaints. Escort unwelcome persons out of the hotel. Ensure compliance with alcohol control laws within the hotel. Request assistance using appropriate code responses. Provide proper documentation to employees. Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as an example and first point of contact for the "Fair Treatment Assurance and Open Door Policy" process.
