Job Summary The IT Application Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of business applications and information systems. The role ensures applications operate efficiently, securely and reliably to support organizational operations and business objectives. Design and develop Microsoft Cloud Platform applications and solutions (O365, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Power BI). 3\. Detailed Responsibility · Design and develop Microsoft Platform applications and solutions (O365, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Power BI). · Implement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services. · Develop SharePoint Online and other Office 365 platform solutions such as Web sites, Business Forms, Workflows, and other custom development. · Build, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, security groups, permissions, and settings. · Develop SharePoint web parts, site templates, content types. · Design and implement new features and functionality for QFZ website. · Ensuring high\-performance and availability and managing all technical aspects of QFZ website. · Design and develop Project Web App portals. · Develop MS Teams applications. · Develop Microsoft forms for different QFZ departments. · Build, configure and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM Investor Portal components (Security roles, views, forms, Business rules…). · Manage Dynamics 365 CRM Investor Portal Business Processes and Requests engine. (Preferred) · Configure Dynamics 365 CRM Investor Portal Process templates, steps, price items and documents. · Generate reports in Dynamics 365 CRM. (Preferred) · Manage Power Apps Investor portal (Web files, attributes, web forms, web pages…) · Design workflow processes using Power Automate. · Design, maintain and support solution integrations. · Conducting meetings with stakeholders. · Gathering requirements and identifying business needs. · Developing flowcharts and business models. · Developing business requirement documents. · Scoping and preparing Request for Proposals. · Evaluating technical proposals. · Ensuring application security policies are applied. · Providing technical and business support on different QFZ solutions. · Provide support to Digital Marketing team (Monitoring websites, Upload content, Implement Google Tag Manager GTM and Google Analytics GA components, generate reports, Develop templates for marketing newsletters…) · Help to manage and improve online content, considering SEO. · Help to stay up to date with latest technology and best practices. 4\. Required Skills and Competencies Extensive experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, Power Automate, MS Teams and Power BI. Experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps. Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps. Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods. Experience automating business processes with Power Automate. Ability to create custom connectors for Power Automate. Experience with API or rest services integrations. Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources. Good working knowledge on .Net, C\#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML and CSS Experience with WordPress development. Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications. Good understanding of front\-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery Experience with SharePoint configuration, design, and Web Parts. Experience creating and configuring SharePoint/Power Apps workflow applications. Experience developing modern apps for SharePoint Online. Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM administration and development. (Preferred) Good knowledge of Azure Platform (Azure App Service, Enterprise Application). Experience in Business Analysis and Process Mapping. Experience with end user stories and customer journeys. Experience with Agile methodology / Scrum master. Excellent Project Management Experience.
