Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL. **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and analytical Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions and interactive dashboards. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision\-making across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. * Gather and analyze business requirements for reporting and analytics needs. * Connect and integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, APIs, Excel, ERP systems, and cloud platforms. * Create data models, DAX calculations, KPIs, and performance metrics. * Optimize Power BI reports for performance, scalability, and usability. * Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver data\-driven solutions. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and dashboards. * Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements. * Document report development processes and maintain technical documentation. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field. * Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, BI Developer, or Data Analyst. * Strong expertise in: * Microsoft Power BI * DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) * Power Query * SQL * Experience with data modeling and ETL processes. * Knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to present complex data in a simple and visually effective manner. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Azure, Power Platform, or cloud\-based analytics tools. * Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is an advantage. * Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices. * Microsoft Power BI certification is preferred.
