Opportunity to participate in IT projects and new branch openings. **Job Summary** Responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, systems, and equipment across all company outlets and restaurants. Role involves regular on\-site visits to ensure seamless IT operations, resolve issues proactively, and provide support to users. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Conduct **regular rounds to all outlets/restaurants** to inspect and test IT equipment (POS, printers, routers, CCTV, etc.). 2\. Identify and resolve potential technical issues before they impact operations. 3\. Ensure all systems are operational during business hours, especially during peak service times. 4\. Maintain all IT hardware and software, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. 5\. Administer the POS systems used across outlets, including updates, menu uploads, and troubleshooting. 6\. Support staff with end\-user IT issues including login access, email issues, and software support. 7\. Ensure internet and network connectivity are stable and secure across all locations. 8\. Ensure the proper functioning of firewalls, access points, switches, and CCTV systems. 9\. Monitor and maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and IT security compliance across all devices. 10\. Conduct regular data backups and ensure data protection protocols are followed in each location. 11\. Participate in IT\-related projects such as opening new branches or upgrading current systems. 12\. Coordinate with vendors and third\-party providers for equipment supply, maintenance contracts, and system implementations. 13\. Maintain updated records of all IT assets, warranties, licenses, and service contracts. 14\. Train outlet staff on the proper use of POS systems, printers, and other relevant IT tools. 15\. Performs other duties assigned. **Qualification, Experience \& Knowledge** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the F\&B or hospitality industry. * Strong technical knowledge of POS systems, networking, Microsoft Windows, and basic server management. * Experience with CCTV systems, routers, printers, switches, and endpoint security solutions. * Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
