Key Responsibilities: * Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for IT and technical positions * Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment platforms * Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews * Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers * Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers * Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates efficiently * Manage multiple IT positions within tight deadlines Requirements: * Minimum 2\+ years of experience in IT recruitment * Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes * Experience sourcing candidates for software, infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and other IT roles * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Ability to work independently and manage recruitment targets * Immediate joiners preferred * Non\-IT recruitment experience will be an added advantage Skills: * Technical Sourcing * Candidate Screening * LinkedIn Recruitment * Communication \& Coordination * Interview Management * Recruitment Reporting \& Tracking Pay: From QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
