Location Doha, Qatar Experience * Job Type Recruitment Job Description **Responsibilities:** * Adherence to all quality, health \& safety, information security, and business continuity policies. * Liaise with the quality team for inspections, testing, and quality compliance. * Supervise the maintenance and functioning of RCA equipment. * Ensure the entire yard operation and procedures are controlled and running efficiently. * Supervise weighbridge operators, bulldozer operators, flagmen, and labourers to ensure compliance with company rules and policies. * Oversee crushers production quantities, testing, and processing methods to ensure alignment with QCS requirements. * Guarantee availability of approved materials in line with joint sampling requisitions and placed sales orders. * Coordinate with customer representatives to ensure materials meet approval standards. * Monitor and coordinate with crusher foremen/supervisors to ensure materials released and loaded onto trucks are correct and approved. **Requirements:** * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Operations, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in yard, crushers, aggregates, or recycling plant operations. * Strong knowledge of RCA equipment, crusher operations, and weighbridge processes.
