It builds both homegrown dining concepts and international franchises, focusing on premium dining experiences and innovation in the F\&B sector. **Job Description:** **A Hostess / Host at ARRM** is responsible for being the first point of contact for guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience in the restaurant. **Guest Welcome \& Reception** Warmly greet guests upon arrival Create a positive first impression of the restaurant Escort guests to tables and present menus Manage waiting lists during busy hours **Seating \& Reservation Management** Handle table assignments and seating arrangements Manage reservations (phone, walk\-ins, online bookings) Coordinate guest flow to avoid congestion **Communication Duties** Answer phone calls and assist with bookings Inform guests about wait times and promotions Communicate with waiters and kitchen staff for smooth service **Customer Service** Assist guests with inquiries or concerns Ensure guest comfort throughout dining experience Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed **Front\-of\-House Maintenance** Keep reception and waiting area clean and organized Ensure menus and guest materials are updated and presentable Pay: Up to QAR4,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
