Key Responsibilities * Providing administrative support for daily operations and monitoring workflow. * Preparing and updating operational reports and statistical data. * Entering, reviewing, and verifying data accuracy. * Organizing, filing, and maintaining operational files, documents, and records. * Tracking operational requests and coordinating across different departments. * Preparing correspondence, templates, and internal reports. * Monitoring work schedules, deadlines, and operational tasks. * Supporting operational teams in implementing approved procedures and policies. * Handling operational inquiries and requests and routing them to the appropriate departments. * Tracking inventory, documents, or work orders as applicable to the nature of the activity. * Assisting in improving work procedures and documenting processes. * Adhering to safety, quality procedures, and company policies. Required Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in: * Business Administration. * Office Administration. * Operations Management. * Management Information Systems. * Or any related field. Experience * One to three years of experience in administrative support or operations support. * Experience in operational work environments is considered an added advantage. Required Skills * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel** and **Word**. * Strong data entry and reporting skills. * Ability to organize files and manage documents. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively within a team. * Commitment to confidentiality when handling information. Work Environment * Work takes place in operations offices, operational departments, factories, logistics services, or service centers. * Coordination with multiple departments and daily task tracking may be required.
