Opportunity to grow into a lead/project architect role **Role Overview** We are hiring an Architect to lead the design and execution of high\-end private villas for Qatari clients. The role requires strong design capability combined with technical expertise, documentation control, and project leadership from concept to handover. **Key Responsibilities** **Design \& Concept Development** * Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and presentations for luxury villas * Translate client requirements into functional and high\-quality design solutions * Coordinate with interior, landscape, and MEP teams for integrated design **Drawings \& Documentation** * Prepare and manage detailed architectural drawings (plans, sections, details) * Ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance with local regulations * Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals **BOQs \& Planning** * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) with clear specifications * Develop project timelines, milestones, and execution strategies * Assist in cost estimation and value engineering **Project Management** * Lead villa projects from design stage through execution * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers * Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design compliance * Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture * 4–8 years of experience (preferably in luxury residential / villa projects) * Strong portfolio in high\-end residential design * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max, and presentation tools * Experience in BOQs, detailing, and construction coordination * Good understanding of materials, finishes, and site execution * Strong communication skills (client\-facing experience preferred) **Preferred** * Experience working with Qatari clients or GCC projects * Knowledge of local authority approvals and standards * Ability to independently lead a project **What We Expect** * Design sensitivity aligned with luxury standards * Strong ownership of projects from start to finish * Practical approach to execution, not just design **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work on premium villa projects * End\-to\-end project involvement * Growth into a lead/project architect role Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Education: * Diploma (Required) Experience: * GCC: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
