Job Responsibilities\*\* * Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor. * Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring careful handling and timely delivery to and from their rooms. * Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services. * Retrieve luggage from departing guests' rooms and transport it to the lobby or designated pick\-up area. * Assist guests with transportation needs, including calling taxis or providing directions. * Maintain a clean and organized lobby and luggage storage area. * Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently. * Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. * Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Job Qualifications\*\* * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, is an advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage. * Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Professional appearance and a positive attitude. * Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
