This role involves preparing cost reports, tracking expenditures, and providing financial insights to support management in controlling and optimizing costs. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control company or project expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports and perform variance analysis. Track all operational or project costs and compare them with budgeted figures. Review purchase orders, invoices, and contracts to ensure cost accuracy. Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operational teams for proper cost tracking. Identify cost variances and provide recommendations for cost reduction. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Maintain cost control documentation and reporting systems. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. Provide management with financial insights to improve cost efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cost Controller or similar role. Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
