This includes analyzing nutritional content, improving recipes, ensuring consistency in portioning, and maintaining a centralized nutrition database. You’ll actively collaborate with chefs to balance health, taste, and customer experience, while ensuring compliance with internal and ethical standards. **What You’ll Do** ● Conduct one\-on\-one virtual nutrition consultations. ● Assess client health needs and goals to design tailored meal plans. ● Monitor and update client records with progress and feedback. ● Educate clients on healthy eating habits and long\-term lifestyle changes. ● Stay informed on the latest trends and research in nutrition. ● Ensure compliance with internal policies and ethical nutrition practices. ● Work closely with our culinary and tech teams to align nutritional goals with product offerings. ● Lead periodic menu reviews and updates to ensure alignment with evolving nutritional standards and client needs. ● Continuously analyze the nutritional composition of all meals, ensuring accuracy in macros, micros, and calorie counts. ● Identify items that do not meet health benchmarks and proactively recommend healthier alternatives or reformulations. ● Collaborate closely with chefs to optimize recipes—improving nutritional value without compromising taste or customer experience. ● Standardize portion sizes and ingredient usage to maintain consistency in nutritional output across meals. ● Build and maintain a centralized nutritional database for all menu items, keeping it updated with every change. **What We’re Looking For** ● A Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health field. ● 2–5\+ years of experience in nutrition consulting, diet planning, or related roles Practical knowledge of: ● Macronutrient and micronutrient analysis ● Recipe optimization and food labeling standards ● Portion control and standardization ● Experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams (chefs, product, tech) is highly desirable ● Ability to balance nutrition science with real\-world practicality ● Up\-to\-date knowledge of nutrition trends and research ● Organizational skills for maintaining accurate databases and records Job Type: Permanent Work Location: In person
