Design and deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial IT Manager to establish, develop, and lead the company's IT Solutions Division from the ground up. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the business, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new technology opportunities, and delivering end\-to\-end IT infrastructure and technology solutions. This is a business\-building role focused on creating value for the company by establishing a profitable IT division, expanding the customer base, developing solution offerings, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise together with commercial acumen to build and grow the IT business across Qatar. **Key Responsibilities** * Establish and develop the company's IT Solutions Division, including strategy, service offerings, and business growth plans. * Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Servers \& Storage, Cloud Solutions, Structured Cabling, Wireless Solutions, Data Centers, and Enterprise IT Solutions. * Build strategic relationships with corporate clients, government entities, consultants, contractors, and technology partners. * Develop partnerships with leading global technology vendors, distributors, and solution providers. * Design and deliver end\-to\-end IT infrastructure solutions, including passive networking, active networking, structured cabling, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems. * Lead solution design, technical presentations, client consultations, and pre\-sales activities. * Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, tenders, quotations, and commercial offers. * Manage technology projects from solution design through implementation and handover. * Develop pricing strategies, solution portfolios, and go\-to\-market plans. * Build and lead a high\-performing technical and commercial team. * Drive revenue growth, profitability, and expansion of the IT Solutions business. * Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and new business opportunities. * Report business performance, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities to senior management. **Requirements** * Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Integration, Networking, Data Centers, or Enterprise Technology Solutions. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or business leadership role. * Proven experience in establishing or growing an IT Solutions, Systems Integration, or Technology Services business. * Strong knowledge of passive networking, structured cabling, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless solutions, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure. * Hands\-on experience in designing and delivering integrated IT infrastructure solutions. * Experience with technology vendors, distributors, solution partnerships, and channel management. * Strong experience in tendering, BOQ preparation, solution architecture, technical proposals, and project estimation. * Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, secure new clients, and develop strategic partnerships. * Strong commercial, business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, VMware, ITIL, AWS, Azure, or equivalent are highly preferred. * Experience in Qatar or the GCC market is highly preferred. * Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
