Assist in measurement, cost reporting, and site verification **Junior Quantity Surveyor** **Location:** Lusail **Contract Duration:** 3–6 months (extendable) Working Hours: 10Hrs/ 6 Days **Monthly Compensation:** 5,000 QAR **Job Description:** Support the commercial and surveying team. Ideal for candidates developing skills under a Senior QS. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in measurement and take\-off of quantities from drawings. * Prepare/review subcontractor interim payment applications. * Maintain site instructions, variation logs, and material delivery records. * Support Senior QS in cost reporting and data entry. * Conduct site visits to verify work progress. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. * 2–4 years construction experience, preferably in building projects. * Basic knowledge of measurement standards (CESMM, SMM). * Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge an advantage. * Strong analytical and numerical skills.
