They are primarily responsible for receiving, organizing, and issuing inventory, as well as maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring the facility remains safe and compliant with industry regulations. Responsibilities: * **Inventory Management:** Track stock levels, maintain accurate manual and computerized records, and prevent stockouts or overstocking. * **Receiving \& Shipping:** Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or discrepancies, and unload, label, and shelve items in designated locations. * **Stock Issuance:** Fulfill material and equipment requests from various departments, following protocols like First In, First Out (FIFO) to minimize waste. * **Auditing:** Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records. * **Safety \& Compliance:** Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Essential Qualifications \& Skills * **Organization:** Detail\-oriented with strong time\-management skills to handle freight and stock documentation. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with inventory management software, warehouse database systems, and basic spreadsheets. * **Physical Stamina:** Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and occasionally operate warehouse machinery like forklifts. * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written abilities to coordinate with suppliers, accounting, and internal staff. Requirements: * 5 years minimum experience as a Store\-Keeper * Valid Health Certificate * Valid QID at least 6 months * Advance computer skills to make his own database for all stocks Pay: QAR1,500\.00 \- QAR2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
