Opportunity to work closely with international student communities **Student Services Coordinator** **Location:** Al Rayyan, Qatar **Company:** Student Mailbox LLC **Position Overview** Student Mailbox LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized **Student Services Coordinator** to support our student clients and ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations of our mailbox and student support services in Al Rayyan. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing assistance, coordination, and administrative support in a fast\-paced service environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the main liaison between Student Mailbox LLC and student clients. * Manage incoming and outgoing student mail, parcels, and related documentation. * Assist students with mailbox registration, account updates, and service inquiries. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and client communications. * Provide front\-desk or virtual customer service support in a professional and timely manner. * Coordinate with courier services and internal staff to ensure efficient mail handling. * Support onboarding of new student clients and explain company services. * Handle complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary. * Maintain confidentiality and security of student information at all times. * Assist with general administrative tasks as required. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related field (preferred). * Previous experience in customer service, student services, or administrative support. * Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems. * Friendly, patient, and service\-oriented attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Preferred Skills** * Experience working in a student\-focused or educational environment. * Familiarity with logistics, mail handling, or courier coordination. * Problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. **What We Offer** * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Opportunity to work closely with international student communities * Professional growth and development opportunities Pay: Up to QAR630,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
