




Berkeley is searching for a skilled and passionate **Cyber Security Trainer** to deliver high\-quality training programs and develop practical cyber security skills among learners. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands\-on industry experience, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver instructor\-led training sessions in Cyber Security. * Design and update course content, presentations, labs, and assessments aligned with industry standards. * Train students on topics such as network security, ethical hacking, threat analysis, risk management, and security best practices. * Conduct hands\-on labs, real\-world case studies, and practical demonstrations. * Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and projects. * Stay updated with the latest cyber security threats, tools, and technologies. * Provide mentorship, guidance, and career\-related insights to trainees. * Support curriculum improvement based on feedback and industry trends. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. * Proven experience in Cyber Security or Information Security roles. * Strong knowledge of areas such as: * Network \& system security * Ethical hacking \& penetration testing * Vulnerability assessment * Incident response \& risk management * Familiarity with security tools (e.g., Wireshark, Metasploit, Kali Linux, SIEM tools). * Relevant certifications (preferred): CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security\+, CISM, OSCP, or equivalent. * Prior training or teaching experience is an added advantage. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
