Position Overview We are seeking a visionary AI Technology Director to lead the company’s artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation strategy. The ideal candidate will drive the integration of AI\-driven systems across product development, smart lighting solutions, operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, and data\-driven decision\-making. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the company’s AI and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives. * Identify and implement AI, machine learning, and automation opportunities across lighting systems and operations. * Lead smart lighting innovation, including IoT\-enabled systems and intelligent energy optimization solutions. * Oversee data analytics, AI model development, and system integration initiatives. * Collaborate with engineering, product development, and operations teams to embed AI into solutions. * Manage AI infrastructure, cloud systems, and data governance frameworks. * Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance product competitiveness and operational performance. * Lead and mentor AI, data science, and technology teams. * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI ethics standards. * Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in AI, technology leadership, or digital transformation roles. * Strong expertise in AI/ML, IoT systems, cloud computing, and data analytics. * Experience in smart lighting, smart buildings, energy systems, or industrial technology is highly preferred. * Proven leadership in delivering large\-scale technology transformation projects. * Strong strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.
