Coordinate with rigging team and signalman during operations **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled and certified **Main Lift Operator (Crane Operator)** to handle critical lifting operations on major construction and industrial projects in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for safely operating cranes for heavy and complex lifting activities while strictly following lifting plans and safety regulations. **Responsibilities** * Operate mobile, tower, or crawler cranes for main and critical lifting operations. * Execute lifting tasks according to approved lifting plans and supervisor instructions. * Ensure safe handling, movement, and placement of heavy materials and equipment. * Conduct daily inspection of crane equipment before operation. * Coordinate with lifting supervisor, rigging team, and signalman during operations. * Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and permit\-to\-work systems. * Monitor load weights, crane capacity, and working radius limitations. * Respond to hand signals and radio communication accurately. * Maintain operational logs and report any mechanical issues immediately. * Ensure zero\-risk execution during critical lifts. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Crane Operator / Main Lift Operator in construction or oil \& gas projects. * Valid crane operator license/certification (mandatory). * Strong understanding of lifting operations, load charts, and safety standards. * Ability to handle heavy and complex lifting tasks safely. * Good communication skills with rigging and lifting teams. * GCC experience will be an advantage. * Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
