Project Co\-Ordinator (VAPT \-Vulnerability Assessment \& Penetration Testing activities) We are seeking a detail\-oriented and technically proficient Project Coordinator to support and manage VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment \& Penetration Testing) activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, with hands\-on experience coordinating technical projects, preferably in IT security or infrastructure environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate multiple penetration testing projects across web, mobile, infrastructure, and cloud environments. * Act as the primary point of contact for the customer during the onsite engagement. * Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. * Facilitate retesting cycles and manage new scope of work as requested by the customer. * Ensure adherence to security testing methodologies, compliance standards, and project governance. * Allocate resources and manage pentesters to ensure timely delivery. * Maintain documentation including SoWs, test plans, reports, and closure notes. * Coordinate with internal teams to enable knowledge transfer and transition if the project scope changes * Track and report project status, risks, and issues to internal and customer stakeholders. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field. * 2–5 years of overall experience with 6–12 months of hands\-on VAPT coordination or support experience. * Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, assessment methodologies, and basic network/system concepts. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or similar tools). * Certification in cybersecurity (CEH, CompTIA Security\+, or similar) will be an advantage. * Preferred Candidate Profile: * Technically inclined professional with exposure to IT security or project management. * Proactive, analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Team player with a collaborative mindset and a problem\-solving approach.
