Work in a creative and culturally rich environment. **Job Title: Art Procurement Coordinator** **Company:** ES\-Masterpieces LLC (Branch) **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Summary** ES\-Masterpieces LLC (Branch) is seeking a knowledgeable and detail\-oriented **Art Procurement Coordinator** to manage the sourcing, acquisition, and coordination of artworks and related materials. The ideal candidate will work closely with artists, galleries, and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of high\-quality art pieces that align with client requirements and the company’s artistic standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Source and procure artworks, sculptures, and decorative pieces from artists, galleries, and vendors. * Build and maintain relationships with artists, curators, and art suppliers locally and internationally. * Coordinate the acquisition process, including pricing negotiations, contracts, and delivery timelines. * Ensure authenticity, provenance, and quality standards of all procured artworks. * Manage documentation related to purchases, including invoices, certificates, and shipping records. * Coordinate logistics for artwork transportation, handling, and installation. * Collaborate with design, sales, and project teams to meet client specifications and project requirements. * Monitor art market trends and recommend suitable pieces or collections. * Maintain an organized database of artists, suppliers, and inventory. * Ensure compliance with legal and cultural regulations related to art procurement and import/export. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Business, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in art procurement, gallery management, or art coordination. * Strong knowledge of art styles, mediums, and market trends. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * High attention to detail, especially regarding authenticity and documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory or procurement systems. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage). **Preferred Skills** * Experience working with galleries, auction houses, or art institutions. * Knowledge of international shipping and handling of artworks. * Strong network within the art community. * Organizational and project coordination expertise. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work in a creative and culturally rich environment * Exposure to international art markets and collections * Career growth and development opportunities * Collaborative and inspiring workplace culture Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR640,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
