Passionate about delivering memorable experiences We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Logistic Coordinator with a strong background in hospitality to manage and execute corporate and social events. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organizational excellence, and a customer\-first mindset to deliver seamless experiences from planning to execution. Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and execute events including conferences, corporate functions, club events, and special occasions. * Collaborate with clients to understand the requirements, budgets, and objectives. * Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and high\-quality service delivery. * Assist in event logistics such as venue setup, catering, décor, audio\-visual arrangements, and transportation. * Responsible for the Artist Management if the event is Concert. * Maintain high service standards in line with the hospitality values * Prepare post\-event reports, feedback, and cost analysis. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, PR, Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management. Minimum 2\-5 years’ experience in event planning. Proven track record of managing large\-scale or high\-profile events. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage. Energetic, detail\-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences.
