Inspect finished components for coating quality and surface defects **Job Overview** As an *Anodizing \& Electroplating Technician*, you will work in a manufacturing or industrial surface\-finishing environment. Your primary role is to perform anodizing and electroplating processes on metal components — especially aluminum — to improve corrosion resistance, surface durability, and appearance. **Key Responsibilities** * Carry out **anodizing and electroplating processes** according to established procedures. * Prepare metal surfaces by **cleaning, degreasing, etching, and rinsing** before finishing. * **Monitor and control bath chemistry, voltage, current, temperature, and timing** during operations. * Inspect finished components for **coating thickness, uniform color, adhesion quality, and surface defects**. * Maintain **process documentation and quality records** for each batch. * **Follow all safety and environmental standards**, including proper chemical handling and disposal. * Support **routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting** of tanks, rectifiers, and plating lines. **Requirements** * **Proven experience** in anodizing, electroplating, or surface\-finishing operations. * Familiarity with **chemical baths, rectifier controls, and surface finishing machinery.** * Ability to **interpret technical drawings and process specifications**. * **High attention to detail** and commitment to quality. * **Technical certification or vocational training** in related industrial processes is a plus. * **Male applicants** may be specified by employer requirements. **Skills \& Attributes** * Strong understanding of anodizing and electroplating chemistry and machinery. * Ability to work safely around hazardous chemicals and follow PPE protocols. * Good communication in English (and/or Arabic) with the ability to understand instructions. * Detail\-oriented, reliable, and able to work as part of a production team.
