Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Auto Painter to join our automotive workshop. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in vehicle painting, surface preparation, and color matching to ensure high\-quality finishes that meet company and manufacturer standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning before painting Mix and match paint colors according to manufacturer specifications Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment Perform polishing and finishing to ensure a smooth and flawless appearance Inspect painted vehicles for quality, defects, or color mismatch Repair paint defects such as scratches, dents, or peeling Maintain painting tools, spray booths, and equipment in good condition Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment Ensure work is completed within the given time frame Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Auto Painter Experience in automotive body shop or dealership preferred Knowledge of paint materials, color mixing, and spray techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and quality standards Physically fit and able to work in workshop conditions Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Gulf/Qatar automotive workshops Knowledge of water\-based and solvent\-based paints Basic understanding of vehicle body repair Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR2,300\.00 per month
