Graphic Designer / Production Operator We're looking for a graphic designer to join our team at Needle Concept Store The role is creative and hands\-on — you'll be designing products and helping produce them in\-house. What you'll do * Create new product designs every month (apparel \& merchandise). * Prepare artwork for production. * Operate and assist with: * DTF printing * Embroidery machines * Minor laser cutting / engraving * Handle basic production tasks and quality checks. * Work with the team to keep production moving on time. What we're looking for * Solid graphic design skills, especially for print and products. * Good knowledge of Illustrator \& Photoshop. * Machine experience is not required, but you must be willing to learn and operate machines. * Comfortable working in a workshop / production environment. * Reliable, organized, and able to deliver work consistently.
