Leading teams and enhancing their operational efficiency **Returns Logistics Director** **Job Summary:** The Returns Logistics Director oversees the management and optimization of product return (Reverse Logistics) processes from customers or branches to processing centers, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, and enhanced customer experience in alignment with the company’s objectives in the United Arab Emirates. **Responsibilities:** * Develop a comprehensive strategy for Reverse Logistics management. * Supervise receipt, inspection, sorting, and processing of returned products. * Improve returns supply chain efficiency and reduce processing time. * Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams. * Analyze reasons for returns and propose solutions to reduce return rates. * Manage recycling, resale, or secure disposal of products. * Enhance customer experience in return and exchange processes. * Manage contracts with transportation and logistics service providers. * Develop Return Tracking Systems. * Prepare periodic reports on performance, costs, and returns metrics. * Ensure compliance with commercial and customs regulations in the United Arab Emirates. * Lead teams and enhance their operational efficiency. **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). * Minimum 10\-15 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including at least 5 years in returns operations management or leadership roles. * Strong knowledge of inventory and logistics management systems (WMS / ERP). * Experience in e\-commerce or retail sectors is an added advantage. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Advanced leadership and management skills. * Proficiency in both Arabic and English. **Core Competencies:** * Reverse Logistics Management * Supply Chain Management * Operational Data Analysis * Process Optimization * Leadership and Team Management * Cost Management **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Returns processing time * Returns processing cost per unit * Reuse or resale rate * Reduction in unjustified returns rate * Customer satisfaction with return experience * Warehouse operational efficiency Salary: QAR٢٤٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ per month Work Location: On\-site
