




Summary: This role involves tracking and monitoring customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment through coordination with various teams, managing inventory, and providing customer updates. Highlights: 1. Track and monitor online customer orders from placement through delivery. 2. Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, procurement, and inventory teams. 3. Utilize SAP or other ERP systems for order processing and inventory. **Key Responsibilities:** * Track and monitor online customer orders from placement through successful delivery. * Accurately enter and update order information in the ERP system. (SAP) * Verify order details, pricing, product specifications, and customer information before processing. * Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Follow up on pending orders and delivery schedules to minimize delays. * Monitor delivery status and provide updates to customers and management when required. * Scanning shipment with PDT to match and upload the detail. * Check inventory levels and locate product availability across warehouses or branches. * Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for out\-of\-stock items. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations. * · Hands\-on experience with SAP or any ERP systems is preferred. * · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. **Key Competencies·** * Order Management· * SAP or ERP Operations· * Inventory Coordination· * Delivery Follow\-up· Customer Service **Benefits:** * Accomodation by company * Transportation by company * Other benefits. **Share CV at: hrassistant@alshaheengroups.com** **Whats app only: 66184840** Work Location: In person
