The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships while representing the bank professionally. **Key Responsibilities** * Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, and other financial services. * Identify potential customers through field sales, referrals, and networking. * Conduct face\-to\-face meetings with prospective clients to explain product features and benefits. * Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. * Collect and verify required customer documents for application processing. * Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities. * Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required * Previous experience in banking sales, direct sales, telesales, or financial services is an advantage. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. * Self\-motivated with a strong sales\-driven mindset. * **Fluency in Arabic is required (Arabic speakers only).** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR6,500\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you agree with the provided salary bracket?
