The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in managing day\-to\-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll support. This role requires excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to work independently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding processes * Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR support activities * Assist in payroll preparation and coordination * Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation * Maintain employee records and HR databases * Support performance management and policy implementation * Oversee daily HR administrative and operational functions **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience * Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel * Hands\-on experience with HRMS software such as Mena.ME and **SAP** HR systems * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Immediate joiners will be much preferred **How to Apply:** Applicants who have the relevant experience can forward their CVs on **hr@ibnajayan.com**, with **subject line \- HR Generalist.** Job Type: Full\-time
