Opportunity to utilize ERP system and Microsoft Office skills **About the Role** We're looking for a organised and proactive executive to support our sales team and keep day\-to\-day operations running smoothly. **Responsibilities** * Follow up on pending items on behalf of the sales team * Track and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments with clients * Manage ERP entries including sales orders, invoices, and inventory updates * Generate reports and maintain accurate records across systems * Coordinate between sales, finance, operations, and logistics teams * Handle general administrative tasks — filing, correspondence, vendor coordination, and documentation **Requirements** * 1\-5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or admin * Hands\-on experience with an ERP system (MS Dynamics would be a plus) * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work well within a team Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your current salary? * What is your expected salary?
