Guide participants on PMP application and exam readiness Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and certified PMP Trainer to deliver Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification training programs to corporate and retail participants. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management expertise, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven track record of preparing professionals for PMP certification examinations. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and exam\-focused training sessions aligned with the latest PMI PMP Examination Content Outline (ECO) and PMBOK® Guide. Key Responsibilities * Deliver PMP certification training programs in classroom, virtual, and corporate environments. * Facilitate interactive learning sessions using real\-world project management scenarios. * Explain PMP concepts across People, Process, and Business Environment domains. * Conduct PMP exam preparation workshops, mock tests, and revision sessions. * Guide participants on PMP application requirements and exam readiness. * Develop and customize training materials, case studies, and practical exercises. * Assess participant performance and provide individual coaching where required. * Stay updated with PMI standards, PMP examination changes, and industry best practices. * Support business development activities by participating in demo sessions and client meetings when required. Required Qualifications * Valid PMP® Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. * Additional certifications such as PMI\-ACP®, PgMP®, PRINCE2®, Agile, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable. Experience Requirements * Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience. * Minimum 3 years of PMP training or corporate training experience. * Experience managing projects across industries such as IT, Engineering, Construction, Telecom, Oil \& Gas, Manufacturing, or Banking. * Proven track record of successfully preparing candidates for PMP certification.
