Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals **Accounts Payable Accountant (Odoo Experience) – Driving School** **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Industry:** Driving School / Training Academy **Job Summary:** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced **Accounts Payable Accountant** with strong knowledge of **Odoo ERP** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor payments, verifying expenses, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all payable\-related transactions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and process all accounts payable transactions accurately and on time. * Verify invoices, purchase orders, LPOs, and payment requests. * Enter, track, and reconcile expenses in **Odoo ERP**. * Maintain proper vendor records and ensure timely supplier payments. * Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals. * Prepare weekly and monthly payable reports. * Monitor aging reports and follow up on pending invoices. * Assist in month\-end closing and financial audits. * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. * Safeguard and maintain all payable\-related documentation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in Accounts Payable. * **Mandatory experience using Odoo ERP** (Accounts/Finance Modules). * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must). * Experience in the **training/driving school industry** is an advantage (not mandatory). **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package and Accommodation * Annual leave and other benefits as per Qatar Labour Law. * Professional work environment.
