Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the General Manager. * Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation. * Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and contracts. * Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients. * Maintain office records and ensure proper document management. * Support procurement and project teams with administrative tasks. * Handle confidential information professionally. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of administrative experience. * Previous experience in a contracting or construction company is preferred. * Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
