Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer\-focused Software Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot software issues, and support end users. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure software systems operate efficiently and that client issues are resolved promptly. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support for software applications. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software\-related issues. * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, ticketing systems, and remote support tools. * Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures. * Escalate complex issues to development or engineering teams when necessary. * Assist with software installation, configuration, updates, and maintenance. * Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact users. * Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and support documentation. * Conduct user training sessions and provide product guidance. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to improve software functionality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in software support, technical support, help desk, or IT services. * Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Experience using ticketing and incident management systems. * Familiarity with Windows, web\-based applications, and common business software platforms. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting enterprise software applications. * Knowledge of databases, SQL, networking fundamentals, or cloud\-based systems. * Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms. * Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
