Opportunity to be part of a growing specialty coffee brand from its launch **Barista – OXIDE Specialty Coffee** **Location:** Umm Garn, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time About Us OXIDE Specialty Coffee is a new premium specialty coffee brand dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences through quality, consistency, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for passionate and experienced Baristas to join our team and help build a strong coffee culture from day one. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve high\-quality espresso\-based beverages and specialty coffee drinks. * Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently. * Maintain consistency in beverage preparation according to company standards. * Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming café environment. * Handle customer orders and process payments accurately. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas. * Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times. * Assist in opening and closing procedures. Requirements * Previous experience as a Barista (specialty coffee experience preferred). * Good knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, etc.). * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. * English language proficiency is required. Arabic is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications * Specialty coffee certifications are a plus. * Experience working in specialty coffee shops. * Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, and brewing techniques.
