What You’ll Do: * Supervise and manage daily operations of the carpentry workshop. * Oversee carpenters, fabricators, and workshop staff to ensure productivity and quality workmanship. * Plan, assign, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of orders. * Inspect woodwork, furniture, and carpentry projects to ensure quality standards are met. * Coordinate material procurement, inventory, and workshop tools/equipment maintenance. * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. * Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations. * Monitor budgets, material usage, and project costs to reduce waste and improve efficiency. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams regarding timelines and specifications. * Resolve workshop issues and recommend process improvements for better productivity. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage. * Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, furniture production, or workshop supervision. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Knowledge of carpentry techniques, woodworking tools, materials, and workshop operations. * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. * Strong problem\-solving and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and scheduling is a plus. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. * Willing to work on\-site in Urdaneta City. Nice to Have: * Experience in furniture manufacturing or custom woodwork production. * Knowledge of workshop safety standards and quality control processes. * Background in project costing, budgeting, and inventory management.
