Provide accurate valuation guidance and pricing strategies **Job Title: Auction Specialist** **Location: Doha, Qatar** **Availability: Immediate** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Auction Specialist** to manage and conduct public auctions professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling auctions within Qatar, strong market knowledge, and the ability to engage bidders while ensuring compliance with legal and operational procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and conduct public auctions (physical and/or online) * Coordinate lot preparation, cataloging, and display of auction items * Manage bidder registrations and ensure proper documentation * Lead live bidding processes confidently and transparently * Provide accurate valuation guidance and pricing strategies * Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies * Prepare auction reports and post\-auction documentation * Liaise with clients, buyers, and internal departments **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience conducting public auctions in Qatar * Strong knowledge of auction procedures, compliance, and documentation * Excellent negotiation and bidding management skills * Good command of **English and Arabic (spoken \& written)** * Strong presentation and communication abilities * Locally available in Qatar with transferable sponsorship * Immediate joiners preferred **How to Apply:** Interested applicants with relevant experience can forward their CVs on **hr@ibnajayan.com**, with **subject line \- Auction Specialist.** Job Type: Full\-time
