Non\-Profit Coordinator **World Hope Givers LLC – Lusail, Qatar** Position Summary The Non\-Profit Coordinator is responsible for organizing and supporting day\-to\-day operations of community programs, donor engagement activities, and outreach efforts for World Hope Givers LLC. This role ensures effective coordination between staff, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries to advance the organization’s mission of delivering hope\-driven social impact. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage non\-profit programs, events, and community outreach initiatives * Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and sponsorship activities * Maintain relationships with partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders * Assist in planning and execution of humanitarian projects and service delivery * Track program performance, collect data, and prepare progress reports * Manage schedules, logistics, and documentation for events and initiatives * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations * Promote awareness of the organization’s mission through communication channels Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Communications, or related field * Experience in non\-profit work, project coordination, or community development preferred * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities * Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and cultures * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools * Passion for humanitarian service and community impact Preferred Skills * Experience in fundraising or donor relations * Event planning and volunteer management experience * Familiarity with NGO operations and reporting standards * Strong problem\-solving and interpersonal skills Work Environment This position is based in Lusail and involves collaboration with local and international partners.
