Job Description We are hiring a **Logistics Executive** for our operations in **Qatar**, supporting logistics, procurement, and supply chain activities across trading and distribution functions. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, customs clearance, and documentation, with strong knowledge of the local Qatar market. Key Responsibilities * Handle **purchasing and procurement activities**, including coordination with local suppliers * Manage **inventory and stock control**, ensuring accurate records and availability * Coordinate **customs clearance and import–export procedures** in compliance with Qatar regulations * Prepare and manage **shipping and trade documentation** (invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, etc.) * Liaise with **freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters** * Ensure timely follow\-up on shipments, deliveries, and documentation * Support internal teams with logistics and supply chain requirements Requirements * **3–5 years of relevant experience** in logistics, supply chain, or trading operations * Good knowledge of **Qatar customs procedures and local suppliers** * Experience working with **vendors, clearing agents, and freight forwarders** * Strong coordination, follow\-up, and documentation skills * Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage * **Valid driving license** (Qatar / GCC / transferable) – mandatory Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR8,000\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you Have Valid Driving Liscence? * Do you have Experience in Purchase/Procurement? * Do you have Exp in Inventory Control? * Do you have Experience in Customs? * Availability to Join?
