




Summary: This role involves managing and controlling procurement documents, ensuring proper filing and tracking, and assisting with RFQs and Purchase Orders to support smooth project operations. Highlights: 1. Manage and control procurement-related documents 2. Assist in preparing RFQs and Purchase Orders 3. Coordinate and follow up with suppliers * Manage and control company documents related to procurement activities * Maintain, organize, and track all incoming and outgoing documents * Ensure proper document filing, tracking, and distribution as per company procedures * Prepare transmittals and maintain updated document registers * Assist in preparing RFQs and Purchase Orders (POs) * Coordinate and follow up with suppliers regarding quotations and deliveries * Monitor material delivery status and maintain procurement records * Support internal departments with documentation and purchasing requirements to ensure smooth project operations Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
