**Job Title: Project Commissioning Manager** Minimum 15 years solid experience in Oil and Gas plant commissioning and pre\-commissioning, covering multi\-disciplinary scope including wellhead platforms, process and utility equipment, PLCs, control systems, ESD systems, electrical equipment, F\&G systems, UPS, downhole gauges, RTU, multi\-phase flow meters, radio communication, switchgear, etc. **At least 5 years offshore project experience required.** Proven experience with opercom methodology and completion management systems (e.g., ICAPS, WinPCS). **Strong knowledge of mechanical completion and facility handover processes.** Experience in reviewing contractual documentation and supporting proposal/tender teams for commissioning scope. **Ability to manage commissioning activities cost\-effectively within budget and schedule.** Skilled in controlling vendor requirements onsite and maximizing resource utilization. **Capable of preparing commissioning engineering documents, method statements, and dossier preparation for smooth handover.** Provide technical guidance during procurement phase to Project Manager. **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with commissioning teams and client representatives.** Strong HSSE awareness with proven ability to promote and maintain safety standards. **Report directly to Head of Engineering or Project Manager.** Prepare, review, and maintain pre\-commissioning and commissioning execution plans, schedules, and resource mobilization. **Develop and review pre\-commissioning, commissioning, and performance test procedures.** Assist procurement group in defining vendor assistance requirements. **Manage execution of pre\-commissioning, commissioning, and start\-up activities.** Prepare commissioning progress reports for project management and commissioning departments. **Coordinate vendor representatives’ support during commissioning.** Assist Project Manager in client coordination for plant handover. **Ensure timely preparation and submission of final commissioning reports and certificates.** Initiate or review change requests as necessary to address project needs or scope changes. **Demonstrate exemplary HSSE behavior and ensure safety standards are communicated and adhered to throughout commissioning.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR19,500\.00 per month
