




Soft Service Manager who shall be responsible for the Management of complete Soft Services. a) Soft Service Manager shall manage and maintain overall SITE service, performance, processes, and quality standards for services which may include but is not limited to cleaning/ housekeeping, pest control, solid waste \& recycling, laundry, pantry \& hospitality services, recreation facilities and mailroom services. The Soft Service Manager shall contribute effectively always to enhance the customer experience of HQ and shall own the effective participation in quality assurance programs and drive towards a higher level of cleanliness as well as meet or exceed scoring metrics as stipulated in the CONTRACT. b) Qualifications o Knowledge: Strong understanding of soft services (cleaning, pest control, waste management) and relevant regulations/best practices. o Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and staff. o Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a large team. o Problem\-Solving: Critical thinking and effective solution development. o Organizational: Strong skills in prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and managing resources.
