Our mission is to bring exceptional coffee experiences to our community while continually improving quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. **Position Summary** We’re looking for a driven, hands\-on **Roastery Manager** who will take full ownership of the day\-to\-day operations, team leadership, and continuous improvement across all areas of the business. This role is ideal for someone passionate about coffee, operations, and building high\-performing teams in a fast\-growing B2C environment. **Key ResponsibilitiesOperations \& Production** * Oversee daily roasting, packaging, and fulfillment operations * Ensure production targets, inventory levels, and quality standards are met * Implement and optimize processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste * Maintain equipment and ensure workplace safety and cleanliness **Team Leadership** * Manage, train, and motivate production and support staff * Create schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance * Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement **Quality Control** * Maintain and improve quality assurance protocols * Cup and evaluate coffees regularly to ensure consistency and excellence * Work closely with sourcing partners or QC teams to evaluate green coffee **Customer Experience** * Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time * Respond to escalated customer issues with professionalism and problem\-solving **Business Improvement** * Identify and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction * Use data and metrics to drive decision\-making (e.g. production reports, customer feedback) * Contribute to growth planning, product development, and strategic initiatives **Cross\-functional Coordination** * Work with marketing, sales, and e\-commerce teams to align inventory and campaigns * Coordinate new product launches and seasonal offerings **Qualifications** * Proven experience in operations or production management (coffee industry a big plus) * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving abilities * Passion for specialty coffee and a strong understanding of the industry * Familiarity with roasting and production equipment preferred * Tech\-savvy: Able to use inventory, CRM, and e\-commerce systems * Fluent in \[language(s)] (depending on your market) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary \+ performance\-based bonus * Opportunity to shape the future of a growing coffee brand * A passionate, close\-knit team and supportive environment * Discounts on all coffee products * Growth and training opportunities Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR10,000\.00 per month
