Career growth opportunities within a growing company **Job Title:** Automotive Logistics Coordinator **Company:** Autologic Ltd LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Summary:** Autologic Ltd LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and highly organized Automotive Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize the movement of vehicles, parts, and related automotive materials across domestic and international supply chains. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient coordination between suppliers, carriers, customs authorities, and internal departments to maintain smooth logistics operations and timely delivery schedules. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate end\-to\-end logistics operations for vehicle imports, exports, and local distribution. * Schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles and automotive parts. * Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers. * Prepare and verify shipping documents including invoices, bill of lading, customs declarations, and compliance paperwork. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse activities with logistics needs. * Ensure compliance with Qatar customs regulations and international shipping standards. * Resolve shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders. * Maintain accurate logistics records and generate regular performance and shipment reports. * Support cost control initiatives by optimizing transportation routes and logistics processes. * Communicate effectively with sales, procurement, and service departments to align logistics operations with business needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in automotive logistics or supply chain operations. * Strong understanding of import/export procedures and customs regulations in Qatar. * Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Excellent organizational, problem\-solving, and multitasking skills. * Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in automotive industry logistics or dealership supply chain. * Knowledge of GCC shipping routes and regional transport networks. * Familiarity with ERP or fleet management systems. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities within a growing automotive logistics company * Dynamic and multicultural work environment Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
