The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, optimizing supply chain operations, and ensuring timely and cost\-effective delivery solutions for clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations * Plan and schedule shipments, deliveries, and transportation routes * Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and customers * Track shipments and provide timely updates on delivery status * Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork * Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations * Resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently * Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities * Support supply chain optimization and cost\-reduction initiatives **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination * Strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with freight forwarding and customs clearance processes * Knowledge of international trade regulations and Incoterms * Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth in a dynamic logistics environment * Supportive and professional team culture * Exposure to international supply chain operations Pay: Up to QAR650,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
