




We are looking for an experienced **Sales Division Manager** with strong knowledge of the **FMCG sector** to lead and drive our sales operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales team, develop strategies to achieve targets, and ensure consistent growth across the division. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the FMCG sector. * Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives. * Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities and product launches. * Ensure effective distribution, stock management, and coverage across the assigned territory. * Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. * Train and develop the sales team to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and performance. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Proven experience in sales management within the FMCG sector. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. * Results\-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Must be available in Qatar and can join immediately.
