Engage with residential and commercial clients to provide tailored solutions. **Job Title:** Sales Engineer – Fitout **(Architectural Product Knowledge of )** Bi\-Fold Doors, Pergolas, Aluminum, and Glazing, Curtain \& Blinds , ) **Experience in Project Sales not in Retails** **Location:** UAE **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer with experience in bi\-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and technical knowledge of these products, enabling them to provide tailored solutions to residential and commercial clients. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high\-quality products and services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote and sell bi\-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions to both residential and commercial clients. * Conduct site assessments, provide technical advice, and deliver customized product recommendations based on customer requirements. * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service. * Prepare and present product presentations, quotations, and detailed proposals to clients. * Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects. * Provide accurate measurements and assist with the planning, installation, and commissioning of systems. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Monitor project timelines, deliveries, and ensure products meet quality standards. * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients. * Generate sales reports, track leads, and maintain CRM software to ensure follow\-up and project closure. * Act as a point of contact for clients during and after the project to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Proven experience in sales, specifically in bi\-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions. * In\-depth knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and installation processes for bi\-fold doors, pergolas, and glazing systems. * Strong understanding of the UAE market and customer needs related to architectural products. * Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel as required. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong technical aptitude with a problem\-solving mindset. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Previous experience working with aluminum, glass, and other construction\-related products is highly desirable. * A degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
