Involves managing pump rooms, water tanks, and lifting stations **Mechanical Resident Engineer** We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Resident Engineer with a minimum of 10 years' experience in building construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * HVAC systems (chilled water, DX systems, ventilation, and smoke extraction). * Firefighting systems (sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, and clean agent systems). * Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, and irrigation). * LPG systems (if applicable). * Pump rooms, water tanks, and lifting stations. * Testing, commissioning, authority inspections, and project handover.
