Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams **Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Tendering Engineer** We are looking for a motivated **Quantity Surveyor / Tendering Engineer** with a strong engineering background and hands\-on experience in **fit\-out and contracting construction projects** to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and manage **Bills of Quantities (BOQs)** * Prepare **tender documents**, cost estimates, and detailed pricing breakdowns * Analyze **drawings, specifications, and project requirements** * Handle **pre\-tender and post\-tender activities** * Coordinate with **suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams** * Evaluate **variations, claims, and final accounts** * Support project teams with **cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting** * Assist with **contract administration** when required **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering or Quantity Surveying** * **1–3 years** of relevant experience in construction or fit\-out projects * Experience in the **Qatar or GCC market** is mandatory * Strong **verbal and written communication skills** * Good analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills **Eligibility** * Applicants **must have a valid Qatar ID (QID)** and legal right to work in Qatar at the time of application * Applications that do not meet this requirement will **not be considered** Job Type: Full\-time
